Railway Shop

The shop at the East Anglian Railway Museum is open every day which the Museum is open, selling a wide range items.

Local Railway Books
Apart from our range of books by EARM Publications, we stock a number of railway books which are relevant to the Eastern Region, such as the books in the 'Eastern Main Lines' range and the Oakwood Press.
We are also stockist of locally published books such as Peter Kay's Essex Railway Heritage and other books on DMUs in East Anglia

As well as the books which are for sale on the shelves, we can order almost any other railway book which is currently in print - please get in touch with us if there is a book which you are looking for.

Bachmann Model Railways
We are a stockist of the Bachmann Model Railway Items.

We have numerous items of model railway rolling stock, such as engines, carriages and wagons from the Branch Line Range on display in our shop.

We can also order anything from the Bachmann Catalogue if we do not have it in stock.

We offer a 10% discount on the Recommended Retail Price for all Bachmann items, and if you are a member of the Museum this increases to 25% discount. Please visit our Membership page if you would like to join as a member to receive this extra benefit.

Toys and Children's Books
We stock a huge range of Thomas the Tank Engine branded products, including Thomas Books, the Take Along Thomas and Wooden Railway ranges. These items are normally in stock, however if there is a particular item which we do not have please ask and we may be able to get it in.

We also have a range of Ivor the Engine and Underground Ernie models and books.
