East Anglian Railway Museum
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the East Anglian Railway Museum group of companies will take place in the Goods Shed, Chappel & Wakes Colne Station, on Saturday 20th March 2010, commencing at 2.00pm.
Individual shareholders in East Anglian Railway Museum (Trading) Ltd should collect a yellow voting card on entry to the meeting.
In accordance with new provisions under Companies Law the Museum Group will not be posting further notices or copies of the accounts prior to the Annual General Meeting but will instead be publishing them on our website www.earm.co.uk for members and shareholders to download. A copy of the Abbreviated Accounts and agenda plus voting and nomination forms have been entered on the website and e-mailed to those people who have registered their e-mail address with us.
