Shipping
All products will be shipped within 24 hours of your order, and will be posted via the shipping method your choose (1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail), however in the event of unavailable stock there maybe a delay in dispatching your order - if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of dispatch dates.
Returns and Refunds
Returns can only be accepted for faulty items. Where items are found to be faulty we will refund you the full value plus postage via RBS Worldpay to the Credit or Debit Card used to make the initial order.
You will need to contact us before returning an item and it is the senders responsibility to ensure that it gets here safely.
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase from our online store. In addition our Bachmann Model Railway products have a manufacturers guarantee, details of this can be found within the packaging of the product.
Faulty Products can be returned in person to the Visitor Reception at the East Anglian Railway Museum, however we would not be able to issue the refund immediately as this would need to be processed by our Online Sales staff and refunded via RBS Worldpay
